The Leonard Injury Firm recently settled a trip and fall case for a client who tripped and fell on the stairs of a national retailer. The client sustained serious injuries including ankle fractures as a result of the fall. As a result of the lawsuit, the retailer has made changes to the stairs and the way it displays products.
